摘要
2D layered halide perovskites exhibit anisotropic carrier transport. Using scanning photocurrent microscopy, in this issue of Chem, Shrestha et al. report novel findings in 2D layered Ruddlesden-Popper perovskites, including a long carrier in-plane diffusion length and exciton behavior and dissociation, unveiling new insight not previously obtained through spectroscopic techniques.
