A Case of Eyelid Lesion Clear-Cell Acanthoma

In Brief Precis:We report a rare case of clear-cell acanthoma of the eyelid presenting as a fast-growing, ulcerated nodule on the lower lid. This case demonstrates that clear-cell acanthoma of the eyelid should remain on the differential for epithelial eyelid lesions.
