With the increasing demand for electric pumps to be green, efficient, lightweight, and low vibration and noise, the integrated PMSM has become a research hotspot and trend for electric canned pump. This paper studies the low vibration and noise of the integrated PMSM for canned pumps design. Firstly, aiming at the problem that the speed of an integrated permanent magnet canned motor cannot reach the synchronous speed and the vibration noise is too large, based on the analysis of the main excitation vibration source characteristics of the integrated canned pump, a finite element simulation model of "electromagnetic-fluid-mechanical" multi-physics coupling is established, secondly, proposed a matching optimization design method of integrated PMSM with low vibration and noise based on the multi-physics coupling of "electromagnetic -fluid-mechanical" coupling. Finally, the new prototype was developed and tested. The test results show that the motor runs normally at synchronous speed, the vibration mechanical acceleration is reduced by 13dB, and the noise is reduced by 5dB(A) under the rated load. The validity and correctness of the low-noise design method are verified.
