A zwitterionic polypeptide nanocomposite with unique NIR-I/II photoacoustic imaging for NIR-I/II cancer photothermal therapy

We put forward an innovative strategy to construct a zwitterionic polypeptide nanocomposite which mediated unique NIR-I/II PAI and NIR-II PTT to completely eradicate MCF-7 tumors in vivo. This study will accelerate the polypeptide nanomedicine for clinical transition.
