摘要
In fault early diagnosis of rolling bearing, due to the interference of background noise and gear mesh frequency, it is hard to extract fault characteristics from the original signal. Second order cyclostationary analysis can efficiently inhibit the noise interference and obtain the periodic components of the signal, however, it can not avoid the effect of gear mesh frequency. A new method based on comb filter and cyclostatinary analysis is presented. Application in an engineering signal verifies its capability in fault early diagnosis of rolling bearing.
