摘要
ObjectiveTo investigate the incidence and clinical features of atropine poisoning in rescue of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods100 patients of AOPP underwent routine gastric lavage, expectant treatment, and treatment of cholinesterase reactivator and atropine as early as possible. The incidence and clinical manifestations of atropine poisoning were analyzed Results42 cases(42%) suffered from atropine poisoning for which the dose of atropine 1 h Before poisoning was 28.16±21.92 mg.All patients showed dry skin, and heart rate130 beats/minute.34 patients showed restlessness. There was no significant difference in the size of pupils between the patients with and without atropine poisoning. Two patients with atropine poisoning died. ConclusionWhen atropine is used at a rather high dose, the pupil size is not significantly correlated with the atropine dose.Restlessness signifies that atropine has been administered sufficiently.
