Some Considerations about Setting Up Government Procurement Institutions When China Will be Admitted to WTO

There is a special sense to set up normative government procurement institutions when China is admitted to WTO and socialistic market economy institution is worked up. But there is many problems in setting government procurement institutions. So, we must take actions to set up normative government procurement institutions, such as energetically propagandizing some knowledge and theory in government procurement, setting up quickly information receiving system in world government procurement market, normalizing government procurement methods, and so on. All these have a psitive sense to set up socialistic market economy institution and to be admitted to WTO in China.
