Fabrication of Aqueous TiO2 Ink and its Patterning with Inkjet Printer

We successfully fabricated, after 7 days of ball milling, a useful aqueous TiO2 ink with average particle size 250 nm. The tail of the ink droplet merged with the main drop and formed a single droplet when Vp = 17 V was applied to the ink head of the piezoelectric inkjet printer. A clear T-wave pattern was successfully printed out with the aqueous TiO2 ink.
