            摘要
            
            Based on the research status of high-power microwave technology abroad, this paper briefly introduces the development status of high-power microwave sources in the United States and Russia, emphatically analyses the main forms of high-power microwave effect research, expounds the research process and ideas of high-power microwave effect mechanism at home and abroad, meanwhile summarizes its development trend.
