Low-dose oral minoxidil (LDOM) is increasingly used for non-scarring alopecias, but treatment response remains poorly quantified. In this retrospective study of 60 patients with androgenetic alopecia or telogen effluvium, Al-powered HairMetrix imaging detected significant improvements in hair density over 4-8 months. These findings demonstrate real-world, treatment-associated improvement using a standardized, non-invasive imaging approach to quantify LDOM response.
