Research on Anti-wear Properties of New Polymer Wear-resistant Coating

This paper introduces theory and method of the equipment of anti-wear trial.The comparison experiment on wear properties of different coating materials,including the new polymer wear-resistant coating,the VS series wear-resistant coating produced by NWIMM,and the Belzona 1311 produced by Belzona Polymerics Ltd.The test shows: the new polymer wear-resistant coating possess superior properties in erosion-resistance than other coating.Moreover,it has a bright prospect of being applied.
