21st century is a fast-developing era,in which a nation-wide education reform of foreign language teaching is being conducted.It is evident that the reform of foreign language teaching and the rise of teaching quality must rely on the improvement of teachers'quality.This paper focuses on the necessity as well as the training mode of university foreign language teachers in Henan province.
