Ultrasound diagnosis of placenta accreta

Objective Explore color Doppler ultrasound prenatal and postnatal diagnosis of placenta accreta.Methods Retrospective analysis of 15 cases confirmed by surgery placenta implanted two-dimensional sonographic and color Doppler flow imaging characteristics of the echo from the uterine muscle wall thickness,placenta,placenta rear uterine intramural echo,CDFI observed the rear of the placental parenchyma and placenta blood flow to do a comprehensive analysis.Results 15 cases of placenta accreta patients with prenatal diagnosis,eight cases of post-natal diagnosis,and five cases of surgery,doctors found.Placenta accreta prenatal diagnosis missed.Prenatal placental thickening,abnormal blood pool in the placenta.Placental myometrium is meager,the placenta after the gap disappears.Color Doppler display the placenta whirlpool near the myometrium,the blood flow,parametrial blood vessels to dilate.Conclusion Two-dimensional sonographic combination of color flow can improve the prenatal diagnosis of placenta accreta
