The Deficiency of"Bankruptcy Law" from the Practice of Enterprise Bankruptcy

Bankruptcy is the reflection of the rule of winner gets all in the market economy and it should be guided by the bankruptcy law. This paper analyzes the deficiencies of current bankruptcy law of PRC(trial) and related laws, and offers some suggestions and opinions to consummate the laws.
