Study on Determination of Ganoderma Polysaccharides

The determination of ganoderma polysaccharides was introduced in this paper.ethanol solution and cupron were used to separate the polysaccharides with the structure of dextran.phenol-sulfuric acid was used to determinate its contents.The operation of the method was simple,and its reappearance was good.The recovery rate was 95.4%~110.8%.The result was satisfied.
