摘要
In this work, BiVO 4 /Bi-X (X represented the quality of adding NaNH 4 , X = 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5) are synthesized through two-step hydrothermal methods. The photoelectrochemical (PEC) experiments demonstrate that the PEC properties of BiVO 4 /Bi-0.3 bear the best PEC performance compared with other materials. Meanwhile, UV–vis Diffuse reflection spectra (DRS) and photoluminescence (PL) also affirm that the Bi metal SPR effect is able to improve the energy conversion efficiency. For this reason, the PEC sensors based on a bifunctional BiVO 4 /Bi-0.3 are fabricated, which demonstrates a broad linear range from 0.2–118 μ M and 0.05–100 μ M for sensing ascorbic acid (AA) and Dopamine (DA).
