摘要
Sodium-vanadium oxide of NaV3O8 composition has been synthesized by aqueous solution method. The material was characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Thermal stability of the obtained sample and temperature dependence of its conductivity were studied. The conductivity of NaV3O8 was found to be essentially electronic in type. The content of V4+ in the sample was determined using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). NaV3O8|Na3.85Zr1.85Nb0.15Si3O12 |NaV3O8 solid state cell was studied using impedance spectroscopy, pulse potentiometry and voltammetry over 20–390 °С temperature range. Sodium-vanadium oxide was found to exhibit good adhesion to sodium-cation solid electrolyte, to be capable of reversible intercalation/deintercalation of sodium cations and not to degrade with cycling.
