摘要
Visible-light catalysis offers advantages over UV irradiation owing to its excellent functional group tolerance. Through visible-light-driven energy transfer catalysis, we developed [3+2]- and [3+2+3]-annulation reactions of N-[(trimethylsilyl)methyl]phthalimide with electron-deficient alkenes and alkynes. Distinct from previous reports, the regioselectivity observed in these reactions suggests that these reactions may proceed via pathways involving diradical intermediates.
