摘要
The microstructure and textures of a high strength cold-rolled TRIP(Transformation Induced Plasticity) steel were investigated by using optical microscope and X-ray diffractometer.The method of pole figure measurement of fcc phase and bcc phase simultaneously by using the area detector was presented.The cold-rolled and annealed texture of bcc phase was analyzed.The experimental results indicate that the multi-phase structure of the TRIP steel after heat treatment is composed of ferrite,bainite and retained austenite.It is found that the textures of the cold-rolled TRIP steel consist of {112}〈110〉,{001}〈110〉,{332}〈113〉 components,and {112}〈110〉 density decreases,{001}〈110〉 disappears after heat treatment.The effect of heat treatment on microstructure of the TRIP steel was analyzed and the volume fractions of retained austenite were determined by X-ray diffraction method.The influence of the microstructure,volume fraction of retained austenite as well as the carbon amount in retained austenite on their mechanical properties in the TRIP steel were discussed.
