Preliminary Inquiry of Cement Rotary Kiln Thermal Dynamic

Through the infinitesimal method to calculate the 5000t/d NSP cement rotary kiln long on the radial kiln lining material,gas and raw of the temperature distribution,and the assumption of chemical reactions in rotary kiln process in a certain range,calculate the time required for chemical reaction with the traditional calculation method are compared,and try to answer the question of kiln head using coal too much.Due to the complexity of the chemical reactions within the kiln,the apparent motive is used to solve the problem.
