On Entrapment in Drug Crime Cases

Currently entrapment is greatly disputed in academic world and there are no clear provisions about it in related laws and regulations.In fact,entrapment is widely used in the investigation of drug crime cases in China.Without the guidance of related laws and regulations,problems inevitably occur in actual employment of entrapment.Therefore it is necessary to regulate entrapment legislatively.
