Techonological Conditions of Preparation of a Kind of High Efficient Flocculant-Poly-Ferric Sulfate Chloride

Using orthogonal method, and using FeSO_4·7H_2O and H_2SO_4 as raw material, technological condition of preparation of poly-ferric sulfate chloride with KClO_3 oxidation was obtained. The conditions are that molar ratio of FeSO_4·7H_2O, H_2SO_4, HCl and KClO_3 is 17∶1.6∶1.2∶1.2, the reaction temperature is 60~70?℃, the time is 1?h, and the keeping time is 1 h at 60~70?℃ under the ordiary pressure. The waste water in a pool was treated by poly-ferric sulfate chloride(PFSC) and PFS. The result shows that PFSC is more efficient than poly-ferric sulfate(PFS).
