摘要
With the implementation of Human Genome Project, HapMap Project, 1000-Genome and the progress of high-throughput sequencing technologies, that promote the development of genetic etiology of the tumor, especially the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has become research hotspots. In this paper, we can summarize the relationship between SNP and susceptibility to HCC, which has been discovered by the candidate gene association study, genome-wide association study and whole genome exon sequencing, which will be helpful for us to explore various biological pathways involved in the occurrence of HCC.
