Pathological fracture from clinically occult breast cancer

In August, 2020, a 71-year-old woman presented to the emergency department of the Hospital of Laredo (Laredo, Spain) with severe stabbing pain in her right arm for the past 4 h. She had also noticed fatigue, hyporexia, lower back pain, and apparent weight loss during the previous month.
