Wheel speed sensor plays an important role in automobile industry, and wheel speed signal is the key signal of automobile system. The wheel speed sensor has two lines, power supply and ground, the fault performance of the two lines will directly lead to the wheel speed signal failure, which has an important impact on the life safety of the driver. The fault of wheel speed can be divided into two large types of multi pulse and low pulse, of which multi pulse can be divided into multi equivalent pulse and multi burr pulse, and low pulse can be divided into low pulse and no pulse. In this paper, the causes of these failure modes are analyzed in depth, and the corresponding solutions are proposed, which are verified on the real vehicle, effectively improving the signal quality and ensuring the safety of the driver. Effectively filter out noise energy at 80,000 Hz and glitch noise less than 0.2 ms.
