Clinical Study on Bushen Huoxue Ovulation Decoction Combined with Abdominal Acupuncture Treating LUFS

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Ovulation Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture treating luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS),it is to explore more rational and efficient method of Chinese medicine treatment in order to improve LUFS ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.Results:Bushen Huoxue Ovulation Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture and hCG were used to treat 30 cases of LUFS respectively,the total effective rates were respectively 86.67% and 43.33%.The ovulation rate in Bushen Huoxue Ovulation Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture group was superior to that in the control group(P0.01).endometrial thickness and symptom scores in the combined treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group by t test(P0.05).
