Research progress in silicone miniemulsion

Silicone miniemulsion has more excellent properties than silicone emulsion,such as good stability,large molecular weight,easy cross-linking,etc.The article introduced the preparation of silicone miniemulsion,the main factors of silicone miniemulsion polymerization and the kinetics of silicone miniemulsion polymerization.For the main influencing factors,the effects of emulsification technology,homogeneous method,emulsifier,coemulsifier on the preparation of silicone miniemulsion were discussed particularly.Finally,the development of silicone miniemulsion was prospected.
