Extraction process of flavanone in Citrus aurantium L. by orthogonal design.

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin in citrus aurantium L.Methods The extraction process of citrus was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal test,with the content of naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin as the evaluation indicators,and the ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction times,ethanol dosage were used as the inspecting factors.Results The optimum extraction process:8 times the volume of 50% ethanol was used to extract for 1 time,1.5 h for each time.The largest amount of naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin was gained by the process.Conclusion The experimental method is rapid and simple,the optimized process is stable and efficient.
