Simultaneous determination of three amino acids in glutamic acid,alanine acid and glycine acid capsules by PLS-UV method

OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of glutamic acid,alanine acid and glycine acid in the capsules.METHODS In light of complex reaction in amino acids with Cu2+,the partial least squares(PLS) method with ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to analyse the simultaneous determination of glutamic acid,alanine acid and glycine acid in the capsules.RESULTS The average recovery rate of the three compounds in the synthetic samples was 99.0%-99.4%,and RPEs was 0.03%-0.09%.CONCLUSION The method has some practical value to analyze the overlapped spectra of multi-component in the compound preparation.The measurement system is stable and the method is sensitive,simple and convenient without separation.
