The sequencing batch moving-bed biofilm reactor with a new kind of polythene filling was adopted in the experiment to treat high-loaded ammonia wastewater.The experiment shows that with the ratio of filling height and efficient height at 80%,the biofilm of MBBR grows quickly.The best length of filling is 4mm.When the pH is between 8.0 and 8.5,the velocity of ammonia oxidation is much quicker,even reaching 53.97mg/(L·h).With the increase of the influent ammonia volumetric loading rate of the MBBR,the removal of ammonia volumetric loading rate and removal rate rise at first and then reduce.When the influent ammonia volumetric loading rate rises to 1.5kgN/(m3·d),the removal of ammonia volumetric loading rate maxes at 1.03kgN/(m3·d).When the influent ammonia volumetric loading rate rises to 0.75kgN/(m3·d),the removal rate maxes to 99.6%.During the experiment nitrite appears a steady accumulating.When the influent concentration of ammonia is 200mg/L,the removal rate of ammonia is up to 97.7%,the ratio of nitrite and the total removal ammonia exceeds 96.2%.
