摘要
To analyze the effect of the casing treatment combined with the tip winglet on the flow stability in a compressor stage, the stability expansion effect of the circumferential groove casing treatment, the axial slot casing treatment, and the coupled casing treatment combined with the pressure-side tip winglet were studied by numerical simulation. As indicated by the result of this study, on the basis of casing treatment to increase the pressure-side tip winglet, could further reduce the coiling degree of the tip leakage vortex and the interference with the main flow, enhance the through-flow capacity of the rotor channel as well as reduce the flow loss at stator area. Among the above schemes, the coupled casing treatment combined with the pressure-side tip winglet was the most effective, which increased the stall margin of the compressor stage by 96.056%.
