摘要
The recycled cast Ni-base superalloy K417 is treated by a new type ceramic filter.The purification test shows that the new type filter,compared with the traditional ceramic filtration foam,exhibits a higher filtration efficiency. Before and after filtration treatment,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the specimen are contrastively analyzed.It is found that the porosity of the alloy is significantly reduced,the morphology of carbides changes from the block type in reverted alloy to the Chinese script type in virgin alloy,and the ductility and creep rupture strength of the alloy at elevated temperature are also improved.
