摘要
How does secrecy affect the Soviet public? First, they take it seriously. It is a fundamental difference between Soviet and British attitudes that the British, in the main — obviously this would not apply to the small minority who handle secret information in the course of their work — find it difficult to take secrecy seriously. Many do not believe that there are any secrets of importance. Different is the Soviet attitude: scarcely anyone doubts that secrets exist. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
