On Increasing The Reliability of Reservoir Simulation for Low-Permeability Reservoirs with Using of Hydraulic Fracturing / Multistage Hydraulic Fracturing

Summary The approaches used in the modeling of hydraulic fracturing by common hydrodynamic simulators are analyzed. Based on the analysis of actual hydraulic fracturing at real fields, the features of hydraulic fracturing simulation are evaluated, the advantages and disadvantages of the methods are evaluated, recommendations are given to increase the reliability of calculations of fracturing / multiple fracturing models.
