摘要
The sintering temperature of( Ca 18 /19 Sr 1 /19) 0. 2( Li 0. 5 Sm 0. 5) 0. 8 TiO 3( CSLST) microwave ceramic was reduced by increasing the ball milling time,using the B 2 O 3-CuO-Li 2 CO 3( BCL) glass as sintering aid. The effect of BCL aid doping amount on the sintering behavior of CSLST microwave dielectric ceramic,the effect of different ball milling time on grain fineness and sintering behavior of CSLST microwave dielectric ceramic with 2wt% BCL aid. The results show that after ball milling,the powder particles size was distributed between 0. 1-0. 4 μm,d 50 was 0. 170 μm and the specific surface areas was 35. 2 m2/ g,the ceramic sintered at 875 ℃ for 5 h. The microwave dielectric properties of the ceramic were: dielectric constant e r = 81. 3,quality factor Q × f = 1886 GHz,temperature coefficient of resonance frequency τ f =-27. 6 × 10-6/ ℃.
