Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of applying nimodipine to treat the cerebral vasospasm(CVS) after subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:Eighty seven patients' diagnosed as CVS were divided randomly as control group and treatment group.The treatment group received the synthesis treatment and nimodipine,while control group received only the synthesis treatment.Results: The effective rate of treatment group on CVS from subarachnoid hemeorrhage was80.95%,while that of control group was 60%(P0.05).Conclusions: Compared with control group,applying nimodipine to treat the CVS after subarachnoid hemorrhage is more effective.
