Preparation of waterborne polyurethane-acrylate adhesive

In this paper,the process for preparation of polyurethane-acrylate(PUA) hybrid emulsion and the influencing factors on its quality were studied.With the shell of polyurethane(PU) and the core of polyacrylate(PA),the core-shell structure of latex particles were successfully synthesized.Its average particle diameter was 100?nm and the PUA emulsion was stable.
