Study on Testing Condition of the Full-tower Efficiency and Plate Efficiency of Distillation Tower

Distillation was widely used in the fields of producing all kinds of fine chemical products.The best full-tower efficiency and plate efficiency of distillation tower were obtained by testing the full-tower efficiency and plate efficiency of different distillation time and distillation concentration.The results indicated that the distillation tower had the best full-tower efficiency and plate efficiency when the distillation concentration was 15 %(wt) and the distillation time was 1.7 h.
