Lost or return: the reality dilemmas and necessary trend of the martial arts education

The culture of Chinese traditional martial arts is getting hopelessly lost due to the influence and pressure of the western sports culture.Martial arts education takes the initiative to ingratiate itself with the Western Thought of Physical Education.Based on traditional culture,this paper analyses the deep-seated reasons for the reality dilemmas of the martial arts education and explores the necessary trend of the martial arts education,which aims at returning the essence of martial arts and promoting the development of Chinese traditional culture.
