CONFLICT OF PARAGRAPH 3 OF ARTICLE 37 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF ARTICLE 250 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The imperfection of legal norms and their not quite adequate implementation in reality lead to collisions or, in other words, disagreements between abstract legal norms and law enforcement practice. The article raises the problem of a contradiction between paragraph 3 of Article 37 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and paragraph 1 of Article 250 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in the commission of reimbursable closest relatives between minors and their close relatives.
