摘要
In order to provide basis for the formulation of the high efficiency improvement scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), especially applied in the frequent generation and electric conditions based on gravity energy storage system. Taken an 11kW PMSM as an example, the finite element model and pre-processing of the simulation are established to imitate the traction motor in high yard of gravity energy storage system. The simulation test of variable internal power factor angle was carried out and the variation law of the stator copper loss, basic iron loss, hysteresis loss, eddy current loss and additional loss were analyzed in the process of generation and electric conditions of PMSM. Based on the fluid-solid coupling method, the transient temperature field of the stator, rotor and the magnetic steel are calculated and analyzed.
