摘要
Herein, we reported reconfigurable in-sensor logic gates based on $\text{Bi}_{2}\mathrm{O}_{2}\text{Se}$ -perovskite heterostructures. Notably, the photoresponsivity achieved the order of $10^{5}$ A/W with the specific detectivity of $10^{13}$ Jones. Tunable bipolar photoresponses were successfully adopted to demonstrate reconfigurable Boolean logic functions of "AND", "OR", "NAND", and "NOR" within the photosensors, offering a promising route to manufacture novel logic-in-sensor devices.
