摘要
PT PLN (Persero) is naturally exposed to asset risk as an asset-intensive business. To predict the asset risk, PLN needs to understand asset health and criticality. Therefore, PLN needs rigid asset health management (AHM) and criticality parameters aligned with corporate objectives. This paper provides a preliminary review of the current asset health management and criticality parameters in PLN. The methodology to review is through interviews with stakeholders from generation, transmission, distribution, and power systems. The preliminary review found varying approaches across different streams in PLN. One reason for this variation is probably because these initiatives formerly came from the operational rather than from a top-to-bottom direction. Therefore a high-level process for AHM and an initiative to bring together different approaches taken by each stream is suggested. The paper also summarizes development progress on asset risk projects in PLN.
