摘要
The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is widely known as the worldwide network of interconnected health appliances based on a standard communication protocol. IoMT is about interconnected medical devices that are accessible over the internet. With the rapid pace of technology advancement, the healthcare field has been affected by challenges such as security, privacy, data integrity, amplified storage and processing power needs. This study investigates the IoMT related technologies and key challenges and proposes an adaptive model to address the identified challenges. The main contribution of this study is an entrusted framework for IoMTs which satisfies the major security, privacy and sensor data integrity challenges. The proposed cloud-based health management system increases data availability, storage needs and processing power. In the cloud-mobile architecture, security is entrusted to three encryption techniques: Advanced Data Encryption, Attribute-Based Encryption and Proven Data Possession. The proposed model shows how the three encryption techniques, along with cloud technologies, address the identified medical application challenges: Security, Privacy, Data Integrity, Processing Power and Storage.
