Stanovení ibuprofenu a diklofenaku v povrchových vodách metodou LC-MS-MS

A method to determine Ibuprofen and Diclofenac in surface water was developed. Drugs were extracted from water by solid phase extraction (SPE). The identification and quantification of analytes were carried out by liquid chromatography with a tandem mass spectrometer (LC-MS-MS). The proposed method has been validated. Validation characteristics such as repeatability, recoveries, limit of detection, limit of determination and expanded uncertainty are given.
