摘要
Luminescent materials with stimulus-responsive and discriminable optical outputs are highly desirable for advanced on-site sensing and biosecurity monitoring technologies. Dipicolinic acid (DPA) is a specific Bacillus anthracis spore biomarker for anthrax diagnosis, while 1-bromo-3-chloro-5,5-dimethylhydantoin (BCDMH), an efficient anthrax decontaminant, poses health and environmental risks when overused. Therefore, the simultaneous detection of DPA and BCDMH is critical for anthrax diagnosis and disinfection monitoring, yet it remains challenging for existing sensing platforms. Herein, we synthesized a dual-emission luminescent hydrogen-bonded organic framework, Eu/Tb@GC-2, which enabled the ultrasensitive and ratiometric fluorescence detection of DPA and BCDMH with limits of detection down to 0.011 and 0.049 μM, respectively. For dual-analyte detection, Eu/Tb@GC-2 hydrogel film achieved the visual recognition and RGB colorimetric quantitation in simulated disinfection scenarios. Furthermore, an intelligent disinfection evaluation system was established by integrating back-propagation neural networks (BPNNs) with logic gates to realize real-time evaluation of BCDMH bactericidal performance. Finally, two high-security optical information encryption platforms were constructed by multidimensional optical responses. This work advances luminescent materials for dual-analyte detection and provides innovative strategies for intelligent sensing and optical anticounterfeiting.
