An anion-driven Sn2+ exchange reaction in CsPbBr3 nanocrystals towards tunable and high photoluminescence

Halide-driven partial and complete exchange of Pb²⁺ and Sn²⁺ occurred deliberately. It is found that more Pb ions originated from the Pb–Br species to form Pb–OA complexes. Such halide exchange reaction opened the octahedral structure of CsPbBr₃ NCs.
