Atypical antipsychotics for autism spectrum disorder: a network meta-analysis

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: PRIMARY: To assess the comparative efficacy of atypical antipsychotics for irritability through network meta‐analysis in children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). SECONDARY: To assess the safety and efficacy of atypical antipsychotics as medications for core and non‐core symptoms in children and adults with ASD.
