摘要
This paper proposes a novel discrete locally active memcapacitor model and uses it to construct a novel memcapacitive hyperchaotic map. The fixed points and stability are analyzed, and the dynamical behaviors of the map with different parameters are studied in detail. In addition, special phenomena such as infinite coexisting attractors and intermittent chaos are discovered. Finally, the DSP implementation of the map is completed and the realizability of the theoretical analysis is demonstrated. The results of the theoretical analysis and digital circuit implementation show that the memcapacitive hyperchaotic map has rich dynamical behaviors and practical application potential.
