Enhanced performance of a photodetector based on a graphene/CVD-grown dendritic ReS2/Ta2O5 vertical heterojunction

Here, a dendritic ReS 2 /Ta 2 O 5 /graphene structure with tunneling contacts and work-function optimized carrier transport layer achieved one of the highest photoresponsivity among devices fabricated with synthesized transition metal dichalcogenide films.
